Quality over quantity has been our breeding motto from day one. We take great pride in not only having had the pleasure of standing the amazing Jack Olan, but we also make absolutely certain that the mares we bred had the characteristics we are looking for. Temperament and conformation are the top two traits we look for, along with disposition and trainability, meaning how good of a mind does that mare have. We believe that these qualities are what make a great mule.
Our breeding program was the first in the United States to foal a live mule from frozen semen that we know of. Having a 95% success rate on frozen semen is something we were really proud of. We also experience the same success rates from our cooled semen collections as well. Although we have temporarily stopped breeding outside mares until Olan's Desert Reign gets to be of age, you still have the option to breed to Olan.
